RECORD SPACE SOLD AT PRINTEX07 - 2 Nov 2006

More print and graphics suppliers than ever before are signing up to be part of PrintEx07, 24 – 26 May 2007, Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, with 97% of the ca.5000 square metres of net exhibition space already allocated. This compares very favourably to the 64% of the ca.3000 square metres of net exhibition space sold at the same point in the sales cycle for the sell-out PrintEx03 exhibition.

Over 140 exhibitors have already confirmed their exhibition space at PrintEx07 including leading suppliers Fujifilm Sericol, Andstine Services, Epson Australia and Jet Technologies.

“PrintEx07 is an important exhibition for us to attract a wide array of customers and increase our presence in the Flatbed Digital arena,” said Robert Wilson, Digital Business Manager, Fuji Film Sericol Australia.

Andrew Hine, Director of Andstine Services, says PrintEx07 provides an ideal environment for both suppliers and visitors alike.

“The exhibition really reaches our major industry sector and we have an excellent response each time we exhibit. PrintEx is a technically oriented exhibition and being more intimate in size, allows exhibitors more time to educate visitors on their latest products,” said Hine.

PrintEx07 Chairman, Grant Churchill says the exhibition, now taking place for the third time, represents a broad cross-section of the printing and graphic industries and has proved a welcomed addition to the industry calendar. 

“Since its first staging in ’99, PrintEx has created strong interest, with many suppliers recognising the significant exposure and branding opportunities the exhibition offers.

PrintEx07 will take place in Halls 4, 5 & 6, Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour from Thursday 24 May to Saturday 26 May 2007. The exhibition is presented by Graphic Arts Merchants Association of Australia (GAMAA) and the Printing Industries Association of Australia (PIAA).
